What if you have withdrawn your EE profile.. Here's what to do

I withdraw my old profile , and created new profile with the same GC key ... I am accepted back in pool .
I am not sure why they are asking new GC key ,
But for sure you need to re-register with job bank .

What to write in the section have you applied to express entry before and what profile no to give while creating a new profile.

No when you create your new profile,it asks tgat dud you apply for express entry before.Then we have to give a no.That's what I was asking

Guys,

I withdrew my profile few days back and now i am trying to register myself again. But now when i am submitting my profile it is saying that my profile is not eligible. I tried creating a new GC key and creating a new profile. But still its not helping me out.

I'm putting relevant details as:

IELTS: L8 R7 W7 S7
Education: 4 Years Bachelors
Age: 28
Experience: 5+
Candaian Dollars: 12500
No. of members: 1

Any leads onto this..?

Yesterday I created. New profile using old gc key and cic account but niw I came to know we have to create a new profile using a new gc key.Yesterday it asked me the question.

Hi , I withdrew my application from the pool today . Does one have to submit a letter later after ITA explaining why they withdrew the application ?
