What if US Customs open the document package?

Hi,

I'm currently in the US and will be sending my supporting docs to Buffalo new york because i was recommended for further assessment. Most of my docs will come from my home country and my parents will send them to me through courier.

They already received my transcript well sealed in a university envelope with a stamp and signature on the flap of the envelop which says " Not valid if received open" (cool...) My school was so kind that they even address the envelope to Buffalo Canada Visa Office.

Now my fear is, what if the US customs open it???? It's no longer considered valid if they do that. The reason why I am worried about this is because there has been few occassions when I received my documents from my home country that was opened because it was inspected by the US Customs. They will put a sticker or tape that say something like inspected by us customs...

any comments or suggestions from you guys????

If they open it they will sticker it, just include the "stickered envelope"

I had the same situation and all my courier were opened by US customs, I also asked to send in the sealed envelope, when I received the courier US custom opened it but they did not open the sealed envelope. May be they will not open yours sealed envelop either and just check the contents.

Tell your parents to put the content list in the package.
