what if the school i want to go to isnt a designated learning institution

My dream is to attend mortuary school and i am from jamaica but the school i wish to attend CANADIAN COLLEGE OF FUNERAL SERVICES is not on that list, is it possible to still attend and obtain the student visa although it is not on the list

You cannot get a study permit for a non-DLI school.
