what if I move after I submit my citizenship appication?

1. Yes. As long as you give CIC your new address.
2. It depends, It may be shorter, it maybe longer, it depends what office services your new residential area, and their backlog.

Will application get back to the end of a queue again when you move before it's been transferred?

For example, there's 12 months wait from application before transfer to local office in office A and office B.

If I move from A to B after 11 months, will I have to wait 1 month in B or they will reset queue and it's 12 months again?

My gut feeling tells me that the application gets transferred from A to B and put in the bottom of the pile once there, i.e. the 12 months are reset.
