I have a question about this problem. My friend he studied at university but he did not participate in graduation examination or did not do any graduate thesis so that he was not provided any bachelor degree by the university but he still got transcript. So can WES evaluate his education? Do WES need any confirmation from the university that he already finished his study but he just not take his graduation examination?
