What if I don't have employment contracts?

Hello everyone,

i received my AOR today and I am going over the Buffalo Visa Office requirements. Regarding the notarized employment contracts, I never had any employment contracts in my previous jobs. THe companies I worked with do not practice such. I believe they could issue a certificate of employment but obviously I can not ask them to provide employment contracts as I never had one.

With this being said, what is the best thing to do?

Get a certificate of employment and write a cover letter explaining why you don't have any contracts.
