I want to apply for ECA. Initial online assessment says equivalency of bachelors or masters in WES. Can I trust and go ahead. If WES rejects ECA is there any point applying again with ICAS? Anyone did this ? Or shall i apply with both simultaneously is there is no chance? If once one agency rejects thats it? cant do anything else.
What if I apply with both WES and ICAS same time?

Both has different aspects and you can't say whether the results will be different. The assessment is independent of each other.
