Just curious. Say a permanent resident applied to sponsor his or her spouse through a particular province/territory for instance Nova Scotia, but ended up getting a job in Alberta? What does the person do in such a situation given that if he or she moves to the other territory, wouldn't that disqualify the sponsorship application for his or her spouse? What are the options in such a circumstance?

Spousal sponsorship is independent of the province. It's a federal government program only. You don't need to worry about it.

so say if you lived in one province when you applied inland, but moved to another province while the application was being processed, would it be ok? would you just notify cic?
