I have worked for 2 companies. In Company A, I have 2.5 years of work experience and in Company B, I have 6 months of work experience (Both big MNCs). However, I do not have proper relieving documents from company B. Thus, I have decided to give explanation along with the other documents that I have.

My question is, what will they do if they decide not to consider that experience? Will they block me from applying further ? Or, they will just ignore my experience in company B and consider my other experience ?

If case analyst rejects one of your experiences, he will flag it for "Review Required" and your application might take much longer to process - until a senior visa officer gets a chance to review it, regardless of if your CRS points without the experience from Company B is still above the cutoff or not.

What's your CRS score with and without the experience from company B?

Thanks for the reply. I'm doing a 1 year program in Canada now. After the end of the program, I'll have 461 points with 2 years and 486 with 3 years of work experience.

I have another query. What happens if the senior visa officer rejects my work experience ? Will I be able to create a fresh application ?

If, after completing the course, the ITA cutoff scores are less than 461, I recommend you not list company B experience in your work history. That way, you will not need to provide any reference letter for it.

And yes, if your application is rejected for any reason, you can always reapply with a new profile. Be aware, only RPRF fee will be refunded to you in case of rejection.

That's great. Thank you. So the only thing that I'd lose in case they reject is my application fee ? (550$)

If they do not accept your work ex, and if your CRS is still above the minimum score at the round of invitation in which you got the ITA, it should not affect your application.

It might not effect the final outcome, but it will affect processing time.
Even in cases where the CRS score is still above the cutoff, many people on this forum have complained that their applications became held up with the dreaded "Review Required" label. That can add a couple of months to the processing time, so if he does not need the experience points to go above cutoff, he should avoid including it in the first place.
