My sister's IELTS score expires mid July and she has now decided to do Express Entry. She only has 2 years of work experience in the relevant NOC and as such her score is 423 (without sibling points). Her sibling has PR but is not living in Canada.
Questions
1. If she enters the pool and by chance the draw falls to her score before the IELTS certificate expires (July 2020) and she's issued an ITA would she have to resit the IELTS if she doesn't submit her documents before July?
2. Also if she doesn't get the ITA before the IELTS expires and she's in the pool, will she be able to update her profile after submitting?
3. If her sibling has for instance a bank statement, would she be able to use the sibling point? That would bring her points to 438.
4. By February 2021, her points should increase to 448 (without sibling) that's assuming she scores the same grades in the IELTS
