What happens if I don't use my IEC visa?

Hello,

citizens of my country can participate in IEC just two times in a lifetime and only once under each program. What happens if I got my visa application accepted but I can't come to Canada for whatever reason and I won't use it? Can I participate under the same program again, or does it still count as If I have been in Canada under this program?

Hi

It still counts even if you don't use it. If your citizenship allows for two participations, that would count as one, so you could still apply again.

It allows for two applications but every time under different program so I guess I have to use this one anyways. Thanks for help!
