I have a sad story. My employer recently gave me all documents for PNP and that was on condition that I pay an agent, who is their friend, a handsome amount as consultation fee.
I did pay him the fee and 1.5 months later I came to know that agent uploaded blank "use of representative" form and uploaded wrong form from my EE profile, and my application was not processed because of that.
When I asked them, they said it is a mistake from PNP office and we uploaded the signed form. For wrong form from EE profile agent said that it was my duty as a client to check whether right form was uploaded in the profile not his duty. Whereas, I had actually asked him at time filing application and he gave wrong guidance.
Now when they gave me updated forms with signature, my employer has started making my life hell. They are scolding me every day for no reason and it seems they might ask me to leave soon.
If I find a job on my own before they kick me out, then can I ask new employer to support my PNP? Will BC PNP office allow that? Or I will have to file a fresh PNP application?
