I want to know about que no 3 in Sponsor eveluation (5481E)
they ask net personal income proceding date of your application.

do i need to fill approximate income for coming year or income for previous year.

It means that if you sign and date all your application forms on January 31, 2015 for example, you put your 12 months of actual income from February 1, 2014 to January 31, 2015.

I put last year income that means from Jan-2013 to Dec-2013 and i submitted the file what should i do know.

nothing. you will have to wait for cic to contact you, if they decide they need more information about your income.

no, there is nothing you can do about it now. sending something to cic now does not guarantee it will be attached to the appropriate file. if you just submitted your applicaiton, and have not gotten an AOR or SA yet, then there is no way cic will know what application to attach it to. at this point you have to WAIT. CIC may not even request updated information if all of the other stuff checks out. remember, as the sponsor you have also submitted an employment letter and your option c. since there is no income requirement for a sponsor, it is hardly something to get concerned about at this time. Let CIC decide if they want the info. Unfortunately, it's out of your hands.
