I got my ITA in February and applied on march 10th. In my account, following status has not been update since application. Please suggest what can be the current status.

I did my medical in the third week of February. But, I still did not get any update on the medical results, but, it says that they are already processing my background check. I am really tensed. Please suggest me where I stand based on the current status of my application listed above.
