What does Recommend Interview mean in GCMS?

Hello everyone! I applied on 14th Aug from the US ( noncitizen). yesterday I received my GCMS. I tried to attach imagine but it didn't go through so I type information below:

Old Value: Failed
New Value: Recommend Interview
Office: CPC-Ottawa

Here I noticed the eligibility firstly was failed but later turned to Recommend Interview, and the Assessment in the second page of GCMS is also Recommend Interview. What does it mean? I heard people saying that generally they don't actually ask for interview. The final decision has not been made yet and my application is still in progress. But since there was a "Eligibility: failed" I am so worried that it is a signal that I will end up being rejected Has anyone encountered with the same issue? Please help!!

Thank you! But how did you know the change? Is it in the same GCMS, or you ordered again? What also confuses me is my eligibility was failed but then changed to recommend interview. How is yours?
