What does it exactly mean that decision has been made? Is it positive or negative?
I did not receive nay email regarding interview. I submitted all documents.

I do not need ppr, visa exempt country
Where is my application right now? In Ottawa or in Sydney? There's no update on ecas regarding the decision. It just says it has been made.
