what does it mean that they were doin background check then they ask for an intervieww !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thought that i m about to finish but i dont think so !!!!!!!

When is your interview? If you have more than 40 days notice then order your CAIPS notes to see what the concern is.
 
i have 3 month left ! but the prob is i cant go to buffalo to do it ! i can just in canada i cant left canada ! i dunno if i cam transfer my files to canada or somethin like that
 
You need to apply for a visa to the US. You can ask if they can transfer your file to your country of citizenship but they will not transfer it to Canada, making it an inland sponsorship. And they probably won't transfer it to your home country either.
 
You should not have applied through Buffalo if you can't get access to the US legally. ???
 
i understand ! i made a big mistake ! i m gonne see a lawer to know what i have to do or they willmaske decision without interview and i ll be rejected for sure !!!!! :(((((((((((
 
If you don't attend the interview, likely they will decide you've abandoned your application. There is no way to transfer the file inside Canada. The only thing you could (possibly) do to solve this if you really can't get to Buffalo would be to write to them changing your address to your home country. They may transfer the file back there and then call you for the interview there.
