hello everyone!!

my husband is in BC Canada ,he filed my case on Feb 2015,then he got an email that our application had been received, then 3 months back he received an email that our application is further moved to London.my question is our onlie status at CIC Website is "Decision Made" from last two months.what does it mean? what we should do further ? kindly tell me

Whose details are you using to log-in to ECAS - your husband (sponsor) or yours (applicant)?

Based on the timeline it sounds like you're seeing 'Decision Made' for the sponsorship approval part of the application

There are two stages to the process: stage 1 is where your husband has to be approved to sponsor you, this can take a couple of months and stage 2 is where they review your application, assuming your husband is approved as a sponsor.

If your husband checks on ecas he will see there are three columns:
1) sponsored person - your name will be in that column

2) sponsorship application status - if it's in here where it says 'decision made' that means a decision about your husband as a sponsor has been made. Usually this means he has been approved; some countries send a sponsorship approval email some don't. If he clicks on that link it will open a new page: mine says 'we received your application...' and 'we sent you correspondence about your application on (date)

3) permanent resident application status - This is the one which shows where your application is. If it says 'decision made' in there then you should hear something fairly soon. Mine says 'application received' and when I click on it, it opens up a new window and what I can see is the date his application was received and that his medicals have been received.

This just means that your sponsor was approved for sponsorship. You're on the next step where they sent your application to your designated VO.

Mmm any rough estimate how long it will take

You should have received an email or letter regarding sponsorship approval 2 months ago.

As for how much longer it will take, it varies for everyone, all you can do is check spreadsheet timelines for your VO. The 2015 spreadsheet is in my forum signature, check the London thread for a London spreadsheet timeline.

The last email that my husband received was our application is moved to London visa office. And it was about 3.1/2 month ago.

In my case, the SA email also said where the application was being transferred to, maybe he just missed it? It's only one short sentence long:

This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on behalf of ****** and family (if applicable).

You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing.

From what I've been seeing, the average timeline is about 8-11 months (ballparking it) for outland applications in most places.
If you've been waiting 3 1/2 months, it probably took you a month or so to get SA, so that's roughly 4 1/2 months.
So if we subtract that, you're looking at about 4-7 months. Could take longer. Could take less time. No one can really say for sure exactly how long. Just keep an eye on your particular VO's spreadsheet.
