What does Buffalo say 11 months??

It says on CIC website that outbound application through Buffalo are taking about 11 months, we sent ours out early september and already got AOR, and I see a lot of people it only took 4 months start to finish.

Don't worry about it, it just means 80% are processed within 11 months. A large majority are processed in far fewer. It's still somewhere around 3-6 months (many around 4) for Outland people here. Mississauga is taking about a month as well.

The time shown on the CIC site is what it takes for 80% of cases, everyone is different.
