I am a single parent of 6yrs old daughter and having her custody legally.
My ex wife has only visiting rights to meet with her.
I want to apply for PR. Please guide me. What are document, i would need for my child so, that i can take her along with me. I have divorced degree and below text is mentioned in that
" I will have legal custoday oand guardianship of child "
Do i still need anymore document apart from this ?
