What documents need to be uploaded after invitation to IEC working Holiday Visa?

As a topic. My friend is about to create a profile but the pool is closed till mid October ( soon will be open again ). I want to help him to prepare necessary documentation after possible invitation but not sure what to ask him to prepare.

Police clearance from countries where the applicant has lived for at least 6 month after they turned 18 is usually required (with translation into English).
They ask for CV too.

There are usually more documents in the checklist, such as family form, picture, copy of passport (not only the first page, but any page with anything on it like visa, stamp, ..), etc.
