If you have received a renewed Work Permit, should you still apply for renewal of Visa (stamped on passport)?
Is renewed work permit sufficient to remain in Canada legally?

Thanks for responding. I have some more questions.
1. When I travel back to my country of origin will Immigration authority of Canada check if I have renewed visa? I mean how do they check if someone has overstayed?
2. Is the visa needed only when you want to enter into Canada?
3. When I was coming to Canada my visa was checked even by the Airline staff at layovers I had. Same way when I am flying back to my country of origin will anyone ask for renewed visa?

In Canada they mainly see if you have a permit.
Which you now have a WP.
Before leaving Canada, get a new TRV.
For travel you need a renewed TRV ! This will be pasted on your passport and will be proof of new status.

You should also be travelling with proof from your employer that you are currently working.

I got a refusal the first time based on my leaving after my purpose of visit, next is based on financial status and lastly on my travel history which I addressed in my second application but unfortunately I got a refusal again based on my leaving after my studies alone.

Am I to address the whole issue again or focus only on the new grounds of refusal? What can I show as proof that I'll be leaving after my purpose of visit?
