I see people here with their visa being processed in London, while others in Ottawa or Sydney. Like what is the difference? Why certian people got their application in London for example and not in Abu Dhabi or Delhi ..etc

Mostly it depends on your location and sometimes it can vary because of work load distribution.

That's most likely Sydney, Nova Scotia. All applications have their initial processing done there, as it's the centralized intake office (CIO).
