What could be the lowest EE cutoff score (of all future draws)? Take a guess!

IMO, it will go below 600 for sure. Just a matter of time.

Lowest could be in the 400-425 range if there are separate draws for CEC/FSWP candidates without LMIA/PNP nomination.

If you are eligible with 67 points(fsw) than it could go as low as 270-280 i think. Lots of people might have these scores with eligible 67 points of fsw. As long as Canada require it. I have 298 points and i am eligible with 68 points in for fsw. So it can go below this, no one can say for sure.

I have 72 points of FSW and still fell below 400 CRS points...Sigh! I hope you are right and they take the FSW pointing system into consideration to issue a ITA to those of us below, otherwise i'm gonna need another way in.

I agree that everyone in the pool are supposed to be eligible for draw (passed the 67 fsw mark). However, to be honest, it is hard to believe that CIC will draw those lower than 300 or even <400. The main purpose of EE is to draw the top-ranked profiles. I hope I am not breaking the hearts of below 400 points (including myself at below 350 points only) but really there's no point for introducing EE if later on "everyone in the pool" gets the ITA.

What we can possibly do is to improve our IELTS (target CLB9 on all modules) or get PNP or job offer with LMIA. Couldn't think of other solutions for us ( below 400 points).

Well, if CIC will only pick the highest points who will do the lower level jobs in Canada? only Bachelor degrees and above will be in then. For example, there will be no more cooks or LPNs. Anyone know?

I have CLB10 in all Ielts modules but still got 378 overall due to age - 40. Is there any way I can improve my score further?

Well - it is circular reference. So, if there is a shortage for cooks then they will get the job offer with LMIA. With that -they will also get those prestigious 600 pts too which will put them above all of those Bachelor, Masters or Phd holders who don't have job offer. So it is not true that all the ITAs are going to high skill workers; I am pretty sure -even in the first round - some ITAs would have gone to cooks, driver and other lower skill workers too. So the system will pick the candidates with highest points but doesn't necessarily mean they would have high qualification too.

Awesome for getting clb10! Yeah, sadly the more we gain age, the more we lose points. Gaining more experience won't help if you are already havjng 3yrs experience. Getting another diploma/degree/masters/phd won't help very soon.

If you have, try to get eca & ielts too for your spouse. Best if you can get pnp or job offer.

this system is targeted to pick the candidates with highest points but doesn't necessarily mean they would have high qualification too. in my opinion noc wise categorized fsw was a much better system in that sense.
