What child benefits are classed as social assistance in BC?

Hi, I want to apply for the following but need to ensure they do not invalidate my outland family sponsorship application! I have called CIC but they refer me to call relevant authorities in BC, yet to get through. Anyone know for sure?

1. Canada Child Tax Benefit (CCTB)
2. Universal child benefits (UCCB)
3. Child care subsidy

FYI- Spoke to CRA (1800 3871193), Services Canada (18006226232)and Child Subsidy dept(1 888 338-6622) in Vancouver. They have told me I can apply for all (tax is applied for under the application for UCCB), they are not classed as social welfare, hence not jeopardizing the sponsorship.
