Hello everyone, I am a Bangladeshi National and my wife is a Vietnamese National. We got married last December but she moved to Canada on Jan 2017. It is being very difficult for her to manage everything there by herself. So we both agreed on me moving there. I used to work for a MNC which I left last year as well. I have frequent travel logs in Asian countries and spent 4 years in UK as student. Things are bit confusing here for me as I couldn't find enough information from Dhaka. I own a good amount of properties but I don't use Bank accounts after I left my job. I have enough cash to pay for expenses if move to Canada and my family will back me up too. Some are suggesting me apply as a tourist and then apply from Canada for OWP(Open Work Permit).
So I need to know - 1. Would be wise to apply as a visitor?
2. Can I apply for OWP from Canada? if so what are the documents I would need?
3. If I apply as visitor what are the documents I would need?
