What are the next steps if PR is refused , Work permit expires(ICT) ?

I have a unique case.. I have submitted my Bridgework permit and decision was not made by CIC on the Bridge work permit, However, I have received an acknowledgement of the bridge work permit.


Yesterday my work permit (ICT) got expired and have received a PR refusal communication.

What should be my next steps? Kindly advise. Thanks
