What are the Chances of PR w/o Arranged Employment

I am enlisting the Average points if I may get for each criteria so that I can apply for PR under FSW Category 1 ( not category2 where Arranged Emp is required ) after 1 or 2 year of PG Diploma course in Canada

Education 20 ( as I have 4 year of Btech Degree )
Language 8-10 ( Approx )
Work Exp 1 year 15 ( If i get work exp in any skilled Job )
Arranged Emp 0
Age 10
Adaptability 10 ( at max ) ( 5 for 2 year of Education in Canada and 5 for Work Exp )

Total : 63-65

Now tell me without Arranged Emp , How it is possible to gather 67 Points ??

You get some point for your age.
Your Can get more points if your IELTS score more better.

Yes ! I modified but still it is around 63 -65 at max.

what are your suggestion regarding the PR Route, I mean which 'via'path is easy and takes less time in processing if I complete 2 year of PG,

PNP or FSW

and yes the main Question that How would I gather 67 points without Arranged Employment

because I am really not sure whether it is safe to opt for 1 year course to get a job and PR eventually or not ????

U need to improve IELTS points a lot.

Normal IELTS result should give u 12 points.

If u r planning to apply after 2 yrs, nobody knows how many points will be awarded for education or age, as there changes expected in point system
