What are the chances of success at this stage, when the interview has been waived and been asked for summiting the landing fee and medicals(all medical tests are fine).

After you submit your fee, a background check will be performed on you by Canadian agencies, if all goes well, you PR will be in your hand. So the chances to get your PR soon are very high.
