What are options to work in canada if I have a Permanent Job offer from Canadian

Hi,

I have a chance to get a Permanent Job Offer from a Canadian Employer soon & I would like to know the best option for me to work in Canada. My details in a nutshell below

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Over 8+ years of experience in IT Industry
• Worked in Canada from Nov 2010 - Sep 2011 on an assignment via Intra Company Transfer from India Employer (Stayed in Canada for 10 months under Temporary Work Permit (W-1))
• Now, working for an Indian employer since Sep 2012 (1 year 2 Months)

I would like to know the below things

• What is the best available option for me to work in Canada?
• Who should initiate the Work Permit Application? I will get a permanent Job offer from a Canadian Employer in couple of weeks.
• What could be the application fees? How long it will take to get the work permit?
• How soon I can apply for PR after entering Canada; I already worked in canada for 10 months

You will be the one who has to apply for the work permit. However before you apply for the work permit, your employer will have to obtain an approved Labour Market Opinion.
