What are my chances of getting study permit approved?

I already have an acceptance letter from Carleton University for september intake and I will apply for the permit tomorrow Online.

I'm from Syria but I was born in Kuwait and lived there my entire life. Same as my family.
I have a scholarship from the university and got 92.5% in all of High-School.

I have 7 in IELTS no band less than 6.5
Have paid the tuition fees for the whole first year (28k Cad) and paid the residence deposit.

I will also be showing 30k CAD for living expenses in 4 months of bank statements.

What are my chances of getting the permit?
The only reason I'm afraid is that becausr I'm Syrian. Although i was born in Kuwait and lived there all my life.

I have also written a strong sop stating that I will return to my country of residence after my studies (Kuwait)

Will being Syrian affect my chances?
