Curious what to state as proven evidence revolving in family class sponsorship. Thanks in advance!
Ps. Don't want to portray myself as an opressor, every bit of info provided will be used to cover my own ass as a post sponsor.

I have cancelled the sponsorship and she is attempting to sue. I have filed a police report stating that she has punched.me in the face repeatedly while driving, blackmailed and is extorting me for physical properties

You can't apply or otherwise push for her deportation. That's up to IRCC based on potential criminality, etc.

All you can do right now is report her for these things and let the justice system take its course.

This is exactly right. You can't force a deportation.

Continue to report any future issues to the police - including the blackmail. Look into a restraining order. If you've already canceled her sponsorship - then you've done what you can from an IRCC perspective.

If you haven't done so already, hire an excellence divorce lawyer and start working closely with that person.

Okay
I don't want to have her deported but she is pushing false allegations against me and wasting other people's time and money. All I am left to do is represent myself. I am further gathering information to transfer to a police file and presue an investigation

File a police report sooner than later to protect your interests.

You need to lawyer-up now.

And did you cancel her sponsorship ? This was the person in a earlier posting that appeared to use you to get back into the country correct, and you married her ? And per your posting, their is now physical assault, verbal abuse and false accusations ? You have tools at your disposal to take actions on this, cancel sponsorship, if she has assaulted you, file charges, if there has been false accusations file charges, I am confused on why you are hesitating to do this

Yes there was before the sponsorship was cancelled.

She had cancelled the sponsorship first. I had everything ready to cancel but was advised not to.
I had submitted a withdrawal the next day.

What do you mean she cancelled the sponsorship?

Are you a Canadian citizen or a PR?

Anyway, you need to talk to a lawyer, and/or go to the police with the facts about the alleged assault etc. This is not an immigration matter anymore.

I am a Canadian citizen.

when I had received the email with the account information and her UCI I showed it to her and she forwarded it to herself. She withdrew from the sponsorship on her own. I am unsure what she told citizenship and immigration council. I am unsure if she is representing herself as me.
