What all address do I need to add to my APR?

I am filling my APR(Application of Permanent Resident). I am not sure what all address should I add?

I mean I am from India , I came to United States for my masters. As a student I changed multiple address for e.g I got an internship and moved to a place for 4 months.

Do I need to add address for all places? Do we have to give proof of address ? I mean For short stay there is no lease so I really don't have any document.

Also, I traveled to India during my holidays.What address do I need to add for that duration?

I think all addresses which r associated with some docs or only those which are more than 6 month. For India from whr ur getting PCC.
