Follow the instructions and apply for permanent residence visa to the federal government. The processing time is about 15 months on average. Read the manual you find in the link carefully.

We applied for csq in Dec 2013, they have issued csq in mid of 2016, but it was not delivered to our address. But in begging of 2018, they issued us a duplicate.
