I posted my documents, and the mail service company claims that the documents delivered on June 15th. However, until today the WES status is

I have exactly the same situation my friend. The shipping company delivered the documents to WES on 15-June-2020 and till now it is showing on hold waiting for your documents.

We kindly need some kind of expectation when this issue will be resolved but I can't get any answer unfortunately.

same issue no response mailed a lot to wes from contact form. But not a single reply till now

They do reply to enquiries raised through contact forms. Make sure you've entered the correct e-mail address, and after clicking 'send', a notice page should be shown, stating that your message has been sent successfully.
Otherwise try to call them - the waiting time is approx. 30-40 minutes.

Guys, WES has provided an official estimation recently. Check their website. So, your problem will be resolved by 22 jul.
"Documents received in our WES Canada office by June 30, 2020, will be processed by July 22, 2020. "

Mine was done all of a sudden (Jul 13).
(DHL received in late May)

Changed to received last weekend, then done this Monday.
