A search of this forum, Quora and other sites have yielded no results to your query. At this point, postal deliveries are hit, so they are requesting official electronic transcripts from your university. As far as I know, there is no central list of "approved" universities.

At this time, postal mail operations are disrupted.
In the meantime, you can perhaps check their Facebook page or create an account and send an internal query.
