to evaluate with WES, is it sufficient to send the copy certificate with marksheet to WES or more we need to do from india.

I believe we need to get the attested copies from Registrar of the University. Have you done the same?

Yes, just a photocopy of your Certificate, Original marksheet/transcripts directly sent from your educational institution are all that's needed by WES!

I have a doubt- please comment: Can we apply for official transcripts before paying WES' processing fees? I mean if I apply for transcripts after filling evaluation details and saving but not paying fees in the WES site, requesting the university to send the documents to my place of work. Because my university will not sent transcripts to international address, told me they will send it to my office and I can send the sealed envelope to WES on my own. The reason why not payment is made is that can't pay through debit cards. Thank you

I'll advise that you complete your application first on WES website and make the payment. I used a MasterCard Debit-Card to make the payment like 5times for friends and family and it was all successful!

You can send the transcript directly to WES by yourself but just make sure it is sealed as you have received it from your University.

Once you have completed your application and made payment, a reference number will be issued to you which would make it easier for WES to track your application once your documents get delivered to them thus making your report to be ready within a 7days period as stated by WES.

Thank you dear for your kind help, but I understand that credit cards are the best to pay their fees as the inr needs conversion to dollar, not all debit cards

Credit card is good & a debit card is equally good as well, it all depends on your financial institution

Is your DC a MasterCard/visa??

My DC is in local currency and the conversion rate is very good, I use it as if it was always pre-loaded with foreign currencies...as I have said earlier, it all boils-down on your financial institution...contact your Bank for assistance about your DC if you don't have the option of a CC but it has to be a MasterCard/visa or the payment won't go through
