Please could someone kindly give me a heads up on how best to contact WES.
I have sent series of email but they never replied. I paid for the RUSH service and they doubled charged me and they stated in my status that am entitled for a refund but uptil now am still not refunded yet,

Also, my Higher National Diploma and National Diploma werre not included in my report except my MBA masters degree from the U K.

Just call them , though it takes a bit longer but better speak to them and sort it out. You may call their US number for lesser hold time.

Yep. Call them at 6AM EST when they open. It takes an hour before someone picks up the call though.

I noticed earlier that somebody mentioned successful communication with WES by sending a Fax. Might be worth a go?

different methods worked for different people. in my case i emailed on contactca @ wes. org and then called them. this really worked n my status was updated in few mints.

I have finished my bachelor in Iran and my Masters in Australia. For immigration to Canada, is it enough to just evaluate my masters degree by WES?
