WES won't credit my degree

I have a Masters in Osteopathy from Leeds University in the UK and the report I have stated 4 years of professional study but no bachelors or masters awarded.

They won't budge on this as they say there is no Canadian equivalency. Does this mean my hopes of EE are gone?
