After sending message on twitter and constant emails i received status update on 28th August 2019:On Hold.We have sent bachelor degree documents to your institution for verification.
I already got my bachelors degree evaluated in feb 2019.
I created a new application on 24th July 2019 to add a new credential.Why they have sent the bachelor degree documents for which i already have the report. And have accepted the pg documents.I have graduated from NIT JALANDHAR.The institute says they haven’t received any emails.Hw can i know the email id to which they have sent my documents for verification
