WES under final review, when will it be completed and PDF report uploaded

Hi Guys,

My Wes status changed to under final review and report will be sent to recipients yesterday. It had already taken more than a month to reach here. Any idea how much more time? What r the next steps before PDF uploaded

Pdf shall be available next working day.

They don’t work on Saturday/Sunday.

Finally the evaluation is completed and the status shows, you can download the pdf
But clicking on the link for Downloading the PDF shows ‘unable to load the report’

What is needed now ?
 
My partner's evaluation was scheduled to be completed by 9/17/2019. However, the only update he got today (9/17) is "Your order is under final review and your evaluation report will be sent to your recipient(s)." When will you think will he receive the final report? He's a bit disappointed considering there might be a draw today.
