WES- unable to do the payment

Hai,

I have completed my application in WES. but i am not able to do the payment through credit card. after entering credit card details there is a message as declined transaction. so please advice me to over come this problem. The credit card which i am using is a Canadian credit (visa) card which i use always for the payments..any body can help me out here and give some advice to make the payment.

-out of credit limit
-not entering information correctly on the form
-card might have expired
-temp. issue (try again later)
