WES timeline for 2018

Suppose to receive the report today no update yet, called the customer care was told to wait for 1 or 2 days.. Anyone else facing the same issue,
Below is the last update on 8th Aug.

Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.
Your evaluation is due for completion on 8/28/2018

Just got an update
Status: In progress
Your order is under final review and your evaluation report will be sent to your recipient(s).

Status last updated: 8/28/2018

But no mail sent yet or by post.

Hey Guys I got status updated saying that ...Your documents are reviewed and accepted.Does that mean the university is also recognized by the Wes...?

i got the wes eca report on 13 Aug 2018 however untill today I have not received the physical copy. by when i should expect that?

You can submit your EE profile with the soft copy. You will receive a number on your ECA report just enter that into your profile. You don't require a hard copy since CIC will get their copy directly from WES.

My account timeline -

23.06.2018 - Documents received
10.07.2018 - We have sent your documents for verification to your university (apparently, they sent a hard copy to my university, which was replied to via email)
10.08.2018 - We received your documents (again). We are reviewing your documents. Report due on 28.08.2018
28.08.2018 - Your evaluation report is completed and the PDF is being processed. We will notify you via email as soon as your report is available for download.
29.08.2018 - Your Document-by-Document Evaluation (ECA) - Initial Application order is complete and we sent copies of your evaluation report to your recipient(s). View your electronic report online.

PDF copy is still awaited, although, they've sent it via eDelivery to IRCC.

Total time taken - 2 months

Hi Guys,

I am planning to start the WES process. My passport last name is not matching with my academic record. From India, most of the people might have faced the same issue.

Passport : vishnukumar Prohi Vikash

My all academic certificate : vishnukumar p.v

last name is : Prohi Vikash. in short form p.v

How should I register my name with wes. when I called them, WES said, "you should register with your name exactly match with academic", also WES will delivery the report as per the academic name.

its seems there is a mismatch with passport and academic name. CIC will agree the WES report with sort form. what is the procedure to over come this issue. Please guide me with exact steps.

Hi,

It is very simple, as you know that Passport, Pan card and DL/Aadhar will contain our name in their own format.
But WES need our name as per academic records, because when you are going to take transcripts from university you will get transcripts in the name as per academic records at university and this what exactly WES needed.

So, you need not to worry about anything, just register your name as per academic records with WES, all the best..

(It took WES 2 working days to update the status after my institute verified the documents.)
Aug 20th : Your evaluation is due for completion on 9/11/2018

Thanks for your response. Sure I will register with WES as per academic record. But how CIC will consider the same. Because pass port have my full last name rather than sort form. Is there any additional document required to attach for CIC process.
