WES timeline for 2018

Yesterday I was at "Your order is under final review and your evaluation report will be sent to your recipient(s)." and today it changed to "You have no pending steps". Now I finally received the ECA in PDF format with a correct report of my situation. I think honestly this probably the hardest step of the PR process (which shouldn't) but good luck to everyone else!

Hi @Shishir Chandra Kumar, Thank you for the information. I hope there is no need for verification from my university, would you say that verification is very frequent or just applied for a few evaluations?

In the mean time, I receive a reply to my online query:

"Dear Henrique,
Thank you for contacting World Education Services.
Documents were recently received and are under review. You will receive an update by email each time new documents are received and the review has been completed. Please monitor the status of your documents and evaluation through My Account.
Best Regards"

I am not very satisfied with that answer because it's a standard answer and I am pretty sure there were no actual checks done to my account status. This is not what I would hope from such an expensive service.

I guess I will have to wait for the next update.

Hi Henrique, yes that's a pretty standard reply. No other option than to wait for the status to change.
I have no idea about the verification process frequency, or their criteria. And I'm pretty sure they will not disclose that information as well.

Jan 2nd 2019 - Documents reached according to postal tracking (very delayed);
Jan 8th 2019 - We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s);
Jan 24th 2019 - We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s);

After my online query on the 23rd my status was updated to "reviewing your documents" again. I am not sure if my query got things back on track or if this was just an automatic update.

WES will evaluate each documents you have sent and each time dates get changed. Seeing your case it seems you have sent for Graduation as well as Post Graduation.
From my experience it will take around 10 more days from today for documents acceptance and another 20 days for evaluation report.

Hi, I only sent graduation documents in 2 accounts, mine and my wife. I believe I am very luck as on Friday I received an update on both accounts.

Hello @bonjour_canada , my wife sent 2 degrees (bachelors and teaching degree) for evaluation and I sent just one (bachelors). I am not sure if I got less updates with "reviewing your documents" status because I have less documents.

In any case, It took the same time for WES to review my documentation (1 degree) and my wife's documentation (2 degrees). I sent both packages in one larger package, so everything arrived at once.

At this rate I might be able to be in the pool for the last draw of February.

I created a profile on WES on 22 October 2018.

I made the payment and got my reference number on November 13, 2018.

I had my Masters Degree Marksheets and Transcripts Attested and Stamped By the Registrar Of the Autonomous College I had attended . I had my college courier the documents to WES . These documents reached WES on December 4 2018.

I confirmed with WES that since i got my reference number before December 01 2018 I could send the Bachelors degree marksheets and Transcript documents myself.

I had the the all my degree marksheets attested by the college registrar and the university registrar and sealed in their envelope. I then put both these envelopes in a fedex envelope and couriered Wes. Wes received the documents on December 12, 2018.

On January 09, 2019 i received an email that my evaluation report is being reviewed and will be completed on January 29, 2018

On January 27, my status was changed to reviewing final report.

On January 28, my status was changed to PDF being generated and within 4 Hours My PDF was available for download .

I received a digital copy of my ECA-WES evaluation today. I am posting the timeline for the whole process, if that helps anyone.

29/11/2018 - Account created and payment done
29/11/2018 - Applied for transcript from my university.
05/12/2018 - University processing my transcripts
21/12/2018 - Documents dispatched from University for WES
27/12/2018 - Documents received by WES, according to courier service.
02/01/2019 - WES tracking shows documents tracking number entered in the system
03/01/2019 - WES status update - Documents received.
05/01/2019 - Documents accepted(intial review done)
08/01/2019 - Evaluation is under process(due date 28/01/2019)
26/01/2019 - Final review under process.
28/01/2019 - Evaluation complete, a got the digital copy of My WES account.

Wating for the hard copy now. It's supposed to reached today by the end of the day. Opted for overnight delivery.

Hope everyone receives their evaluation without any delays.
