I am looking for some advice.
I am the primary applicant and right now with spouse IELTS and my Masters ECA I stand at 435 CRS.
we were so much looking forward to ECA for my spouse also Masters which would have given me 10 additional points.
The problem is my husband lost his first 3 years engineering marksheet in house movement. when we sent the transcript to WES it only included final year marks and degree - so obviously WES has asked for additional documents - 3 years marksheets (transcript). Issue is getting duplicate marksheets from university is so time taking. it might take another 2 months.
The other problem is for his Masters WES has sent the documents to university for verification. which will again take valuable months. right now it says they will wait 7 weeks and send a reminder.
Now, the question i have is - in case we manage to get the university respond to WES verification request for Masters degree, can we ask WES to do ECA for Masters only. Even if they downgrade it to Bachelors we should get enough points - 8 at least to get an ITA.
Has anyone gone through something similar. What other alternative is there.
