WES SECONDARY VERIFICATION-AGRA UNIVERSITY PENDING FOR AN YEAR

Hi I had applied ECA from Wes and it seems they sent it to the university for secondary verification
It’s been 12 months now and the status is waiting for docs from university

I checked with the university they have not got any email from Wes and when I call Wes they just say the same thing that they have sent emails !!!
It’s from Agra university- I even got in touch with a university official who handles this work - he also got it checked and told me that there is no email from Wes for my application .

I have tried contacting them via the contact us form multiple times but they just give a copy paste reply

I have called them multiple times and they keep saying the same thing -they have sent email and I need to wait . It’s actually idiotic - last time I sopoke to them they said I should give it 1 more week !! How will an email take 1 week to get delivered !!

I am seriously lost and don’t know how to resolve this
The university guys keep saying there is no email for me but they have got email for other applicants

is Wes just bluffing ? ?

Did anyone faced this kind of situation and how did you resolve this
Please help advise

Finally the mail did come in !!! I hope now it gets settled

ADDING THE COMENT SO IT CAN HELP OTHERS

IT SEEMS WES JUST LIES THAT THEY HAVE SENT THE EMAIL BUT THEY DO NOT
I HAD TO CALL THEM MULTIPLE TIMES AND HARASS THEM LOL
SO IF YOU ARE FACING THE SAME SITUATION THEN U NEED TO FOLLOW UP WITH WES - don’t take their word that the mail has been sent
They have a bunch of incompetent ppl who do not do their job it seems
