I am from India. I had sent my documents to WES Canada in March and it was delivered to them on 23 March, 2020. Due to the ongoing pandemic, my documents were accepted only on 11th June. I had given my Bachelors and Masters degree documents since I wish to evaluate my Masters degree from Pune University. WES changed my status to On Hold - Pending verification from University for my Masters documents, and this status hasn't changed in the past 2 months. I contacted Pune University and they are saying that they haven't received any mail from WES, but WES is saying they've mailed University twice. What should I do? Feeling very helpless
