WES rules and regulations for Document verification

I have done by SSC from the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher secondary education.I have passed Diploma from MSBTE board in year 2007 then B. tech. from VJTI college in (Autonomous but Affiliated to University of Mumbai ) and then Post graduate Programme from NICMAR college. I have obtained transcript copies from my Enginnering and Post graduation college but am yet to obtain the same for my Diploma which hopefully i will get from MSBTE office in Kherwadi, Bandra.

I will be glad if only i could get some help on following queries:

• SSC marksheet and certificate also needs to be Authenticated from the State Board office?
• Which Diploma documents are needed by WES for verification?
• Since the board doesn't send it to WES, would it be ok to send by myself?
• What Graduation and Post Graduation documents are needed by WES for verification. i.e are the Transcripts enough or the mark-sheets need to be processed (Authenticated) before sending. If so then who will do the authentication for VJTI, Mumbai and NICMAR,Pune?

I Graduated with Bachelor of Technology in 2010 from VJTI college(Autonomous but affiliated to Mumbai University)
Are the transcripts and Degree Certificate enough for WES to process or do they require copies of Mark-sheet's as well?
