WES required to resent(duplicate copy) - OINP ?

My application was deemed incomplete for OINP human capital stream. I resent the application before 6 days. Do I require to send in WES additional copy as stated on website ?

Hello,

My name is Khaled Khalil Abed,

Recently i had applied for a wes report, due to the miscommunication by the officials my login details have been lost and my report is delivered to some other address. I browsed google for a duplicate copy procedure and downloaded a wes duplicate copy form. For payment outside USA they have mentioned it should be drawn in a bank located in USA. Can you tell me what is the procedure for payment as i am not understanding the modes for payment?
