WES REPORT upgrade from document by document to course by course

Dears,

I have a WES document by document evaluation for my degree and diploma.
Now I need to upgrade it to course by course for admission in Canadian University for master program.
My question is if I upgrade my report to course by course, will I be able to use my old WES REFERENCE number for immigration purpose?
Second, can I again upgrade/change from course by course to document by document or vice versa?

Please advise.
